체류형 농업창업지원센터란?
체류형 농업창업지원센터는 예비 귀농인이 가족과 함께 1년간 완주군에 체류하면서 실제 영농교육을 받고, 지역사회와 농촌 환경을 직접 체험할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램입니다. 전라북도 완주군 고산면 고산천로 854-16에 위치한 이 센터는 부지면적 3,478㎡, 건물 연면적 845.5㎡(지상 2층) 규모로, 체재형 주택 10세대와 창고, 영농실습장을 갖추고 있어요.
어떤 시설이 있나요?
센터에는 두 가지 유형의 주택이 있습니다:
- 원룸형(59.05㎡, 17.8평): 6세대, 보증금 60만 원, 교육비 월 18만 원
- 투룸형(73.97㎡, 22.3평): 4세대, 보증금 70만 원, 교육비 월 22만 원
각 세대는 독립된 생활공간을 제공하며, 세대별로 텃밭 100㎡도 함께 사용할 수 있어요. 다만 전기세, 수도세, 난방비, 인터넷 설치·사용료 등의 관리비는 개별적으로 부담하셔야 합니다.
누가 지원할 수 있나요?
체류형 농업창업지원센터 입교 자격은 다음과 같습니다:
- 완주군으로 이주해 귀농을 희망하는 분
- 모집 공고일 기준 타지역에서 1년 이상 거주하고 있는 분
- 상근 고용계약을 체결하고 있지 않은 분
어떤 교육을 받게 되나요?
센터에서는 연간 200시간 이상의 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 제공합니다:
의무 교육 (200시간/연)
- 농업기술센터 영농기초교육
- 농기계 교육
- 농지법, 기초영농, 귀농경영 등 이론 교육
자율 교육 (월 최소 20시간 이상)
- 실용교육(전기, 용접 등)
- 농가실습과정 (멘토 농가-멘티)

Located at 854-16 Gosancheon-ro, Gosan-myeon, Jeollabuk-do, this center has a site area of 3,478㎡ and a building area of 845.5㎡ (2 floors above ground), equipped with 10 residential units, a warehouse, and a farming practice field.

The center offers two types of housing:
- Studio type (59.05㎡, 17.8 pyeong): 6 units, deposit 600,000 won, monthly education fee 180,000 won

- Those who do not have a full-time employment contract
What education will you receive?
The center provides systematic educational programs of more than 200 hours per year:
Mandatory education (200 hours/year)
- Basic farming education at the Agricultural Technology Center
- Agricultural machinery education
- Theoretical education on agricultural land law, basic farming, farm management, etc.
Optional education (minimum 20 hours/month)
- Practical education (electricity, welding, etc.)
- Farm practice course (mentor farm-mentee)
The mentor-mentee farm practice, in particular, is a valuable opportunity to gain field experience by practicing at actual farms, with a practice fee of 300,000 won per month.
